The pool itself
- Size and depth: more panels, more liner, more digging.
- System: an overflow pool needs a channel, tank and larger plant room than a skimmer pool.
- Steps: full-width internal steps versus a stainless ladder.
- Liner: plain, anti-slip or patterned.
The equipment
Fixed or variable-speed pump, filter, salt chlorination, automatic pH, lighting, heating, cover. You can start with the essentials and add later, as long as the pipework is planned from the beginning.
Your site
Soil or rock, flat or sloping plot, access for a digger, distance from the road, island or mainland. We only see these on the survey, which is why the price comes after it.
What our quote includes
Itemised: excavation, base, frame, liner, plumbing, plant room, equipment, filling and handover. Anything not included (for example the engineer's file or decking) is stated clearly, so you can compare fairly.
