Liner replacement: a new pool without digging

The liner is the only part of a prefab pool that is eventually replaced. It takes a few days and is a chance to change colour.

Signs it is time

  • The liner has hardened and cracks at the waterline.
  • Wrinkles that will not go, or liner pulling out of the profile.
  • Repeated small leaks.
  • The colour has faded a lot and you simply want a change.

How it is done

  1. Drain the pool and remove the old liner.
  2. Check frame, base and flanges; replace what is needed.
  3. New underlay where needed.
  4. Fit and weld the new liner.
  5. Fill, new gaskets, final checks.

A chance to upgrade

With the pool empty, it is the moment for LED lights, new jets, anti-slip steps or a different liner colour. The same goes for a variable-speed pump and salt chlorination in the plant room.

Pools by other builders too

We also replace liners in pools we did not build, once we have seen the frame and profile. Send us photos on WhatsApp for a first opinion.
