Material and galvanising
Each panel is a 2 mm steel sheet formed with ribs so it takes the water pressure without bending. Galvanising is done by dipping in molten zinc, which bonds with the steel and protects it from corrosion.
Inside, the panel touches the liner; outside, the backfill. Water never reaches it.
Heights and sizes
Panels come in two main heights, 1.10 m and 1.50 m, which set the depth at the walls. For deeper areas the floor slopes down towards the middle. The panel widths allow almost any rectangular size, in steps of a few tens of centimetres.

Braces
Behind every joint goes a triangular brace fixed to the base. The braces have an adjuster that brings the wall exactly vertical. Once the pool is full and backfilled, the system locks in place.
Openings for equipment
Skimmers, jets, lights and overflow gratings fix to the panels in ready-made or site-cut openings. Because their positions come from the drawing, we know in advance where every pipe will run.
