What it is made of
Two layers of PVC with polyester mesh between them. The mesh gives tear strength and keeps the dimensions stable in the heat. The top layer has a lacquer that protects against sun and pool chemicals.
How it is fitted
The liner arrives in rolls. On site it is laid out and cut to the pool, and the strips are joined by heat welding: hot air melts both surfaces into one. Seams get a bead of liquid PVC for extra sealing. At the top the liner is fixed into a special profile.

Anti-slip liner
For steps and shallow areas there are textured ranges, such as Haogenplast 3D. Your foot grips without the surface feeling rough. For pools with children or at holiday lets we recommend it at least on the steps.
How long it lasts and what wears it
The warranty is 10 years. Liners that last longest have one thing in common: stable water chemistry. High chlorine and low pH eat the lacquer. See salt chlorination and maintenance. When the time comes, a liner replacement is done without touching the frame.
